- Provide expert guidance on SASO and SFDA regulations, certification processes, and compliance requirements to the clients
- Work with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product compliance certification services.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery
- Manages key accounts for SASO, IEC EE, SFDA, HALAL certification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for KSA certification services
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients.
- Sets up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Identifying and on-boarding potential clients with proper required documents as per regulatory requirements
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
