We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships and business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and enhancing our overall business strategy.

- Business Development: Lead all aspects of business development efforts, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and relationship building. Identify new business opportunities, pursue leads, and convert prospects into valuable partnerships.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with potential partners, leveraging strong communication and persuasion skills to achieve favorable terms and agreements. Collaborate with legal and executive teams to structure contracts and agreements that align with company interests.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships at all levels. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of partnership objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex agreements and structuring deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared goals.
