Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst

Noon-The Social Learning Platform

Date: 4 days ago
City: Riyadh
Contract type: Full time

About Noon:

Noon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 12 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student, even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer-to-peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.

Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

About the role:

We’re looking for a mid-level to senior B2B Business & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia! This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with data from multiple external partners—NGOs, mentors, and clients—to ensure quality, build reports, define and calculate key metrics, and support data needs for new ventures and contracts.

You’ll sit at the intersection of data, business, and operations, making sure data is accurate, reliable, and easy to interpret. From dashboards to billing reports, your work will help both internal stakeholders and external partners trust and act on data with confidence.

This role is flexible: you’ll collaborate in person with operations and partnerships teams on some days, while also having the flexibility to work from home on others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align early, reduce back-and-forth, and accelerate delivery.
  • Proactively Define & Measure Metrics: Anticipate what matters most to track and establish clear, meaningful KPIs instead of waiting for requests.
  • Own B2B Data Quality: Monitor, validate, and maintain data accuracy from internal systems, NGOs, and partner feeds.
  • Support New Ventures: Tackle ad-hoc data tasks for pilot programs and partnerships, ensuring data readiness from day one.
  • Contract & Billing Support: Prepare reports for new contracts, plus maintain Takaful billing and invoice reporting.
  • Visualisation & Dashboards: Design dashboards that are clear, simple, and intuitive, helping B2B stakeholders, mentors, and NGOs quickly grasp insights.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver urgent requests with speed and precision, balancing detail with efficiency.
  • Keep Solutions Efficient: Favor straightforward, scalable approaches over unnecessary complexity.
  • AI Exploration: Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, generate insights, or automate reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis, ideally in a B2B or partnership-heavy environment.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented mindset: You notice what matters, capture it, and flag inconsistencies without overcomplicating.
  • Business-minded: Able to connect data to real-world needs such as contracts, billing, and partner reporting.
  • Strong communication skills: Can clearly explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus:

  • Have experience working with external partner data (NGOs, B2B clients, or government data).
  • Have exposure to financial reporting (billing, invoicing, or contract performance).
  • Python: valuable for automation and advanced analysis.

Why work at Noon?

  • Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.
  • Innovation at a Global Scale: Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat. We pioneer new ways to deliver world-class education.
  • Solid Financial Footing: We have turned profitable and we’re well-funded.
  • International Exposure: Join a dynamic, internationally diverse team that encourages personal development.
  • Mission & Values Driven: We aim to provide equitable access to world-class education.
