Senior Business Analyst - Saudi National

Job Summary

We are hiring for a big governmental entity in Riyadh - Saudi National - Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business process improvement, requirements gathering, and system development life cycle across various sectors. The role will involve analyzing complex systems, identifying inefficiencies, and working with stakeholders to propose data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across various business departments and understand business processes.
• Identify system needs and evaluate existing processes for opportunities of improvement and automation.
• Prepare business and technical reports, documenting all phases of the analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyze current business operations and propose optimized solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the delivery of solutions aligns with business objectives.
• Participate in testing processes to ensure system quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, systems, and workflows.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for system users.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest continuous improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in preparing reports, process maps, and system documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with various business sectors is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems or similar enterprise applications is preferred.
