Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This role acts as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet business objectives. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for medium to complex IT projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Conduct gap analyses, business process modeling (BPM), and feasibility studies to support solution design.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and grooming sessions to gather insights and requirements from stakeholders.
• Support backlog management and maintain clear, prioritized requirements in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Assist in preparing business cases, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping artifacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), systems integration, and enterprise technologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
• Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
