Job Description

Role purpose:

To support internal operations for effective execution of SME Sales initiatives through structured planning, cross-functional coordination, and standardized tools.

Team Capability Support:

  • Plan and schedule onboarding and training sessions with relevant teams.
  • Organize materials and resources to support the learning journey and experience.
  • Facilitate engagement activities to boost team participation and retention.
  • Gather attendance feedback to identify gaps and support with recommended improvements

Sales Performance Support:

  • Support monthly sales performance tracking and forecasting routines.
  • Regularly update dashboards with current KPIs and key insights for ease of access and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with teams on data accuracy and relevance for better forecasting and informed decisions.
  • Create visual dashboards with automated updates

Governance & Budgeting Assistance:

  • Maintain trackers and documentation for budget and governance requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with governance standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor expenditures against budgets and flag discrepancies while regularly updating leaders on status.
  • Collaborate with finance and compliance teams for accuracy of data and audi trails

Management Support:

  • Monitor workstreams and track cross-functional deliverables of sales teams and KPI’s.
  • Support with leadership presentations and operational reports for insights and proactive decision making.
  • Collaborate between teams and stakeholders to maintain project goals and priorities
