Job Description
Responsible for selling and promoting insurance products or services through broker agents. It involves building strong relationships with brokers, managing sales processes providing product knowledge, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Also, work closely with brokers to expand market reach, increase sales, and improve client satisfaction.

Responsible for selling and promoting insurance products or services through broker agents. It involves building strong relationships with brokers, managing sales processes providing product knowledge, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Also, work closely with brokers to expand market reach, increase sales, and improve client satisfaction.
Broker relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, agents and other intermidiaries
- Act as primary point of contact for brokers, providing support, answering quiries, and resolving issues
- Educate brokers on the company’s products, features, and benefits to enable them to effectivley sell to clients
- Drive sales by identfying and pursuing new broker partnerships and expanding exisitng relationships
- Meet or exeed sales target by promoting insurance products and services through brokers
- Assist brokers in closing the sales by providing them with the necessary resources, tools and support
- Provide ongoing training to brokers on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques
- Ensure brokers are equipped with accurate and up-to-date information regarding policies, pricing, and eligibility requirements
- Offer guidance on sales strategies and best practices to optimize the broker’s performance
- Work with brokers to identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase market penetration
- Generating and qualify leads for brokers to pursue and close
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers in reaching sales goals
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain up-to-data records in CRM
- Monitor and report on broker performance and sales results, providing insights for improvements
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with legal requirements and company guidelines and maintain integrity in all dealings
- Collaborate with brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Support to resolve any issues or complaints from brokers or clients to maintain positive relationship
- Follow up with brokers after sales to ensure smooth onboarding and address any concern
