Job Description

To manage day to day tasks related to department tasks to maintain smooth flow of operations.

  • Department Operations:
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage department leader calendars and schedules.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls for department leaders
  • Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events for department leaders
  • Order stationery and IT equipment for department leaders for smooth function and operations
  • Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
  • Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for department leaders
  • Process invoices and managing department budgets with department leader
  • Maintain procedures and office administrative systems
  • Support department leader with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc)
