Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect - Site to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site architectural aspects of our prestigious high-end projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee , monitor the execution of all architectural works on-site to ensure strict conformance with project documents and the quality manual.
- Efficiently address and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) related to architectural aspects.
- Lead and manage the coordination process with other project disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP).
Requirements:
- Must be available to join Immediately.
- Proven and extensive experience with high-end projects, including luxury palaces, fit-outs, and hospitality projects.
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Minimum of 7 to 12 years of direct site-based experience.
- Registered Engineer in Saudi engineering council
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong technical knowledge of exterior and interior details and materials.
