Senior Analyst

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support our team in delivering critical insights and solutions. The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical skills to process large datasets, develop actionable recommendations, and support decision-making processes. This position is based in KSA and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Qualifications

• Data Analytics Experience: Strong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience working with large datasets and proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and visualization tools like Power BI.

• Revenue Assurance: Experience in revenue assurance processes and methodologies.
• Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in the utilities or telecom sectors.
• Regional Experience: Previous work experience in KSA, with an understanding of local market dynamics and regulations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to generate insights, supporting organizational goals and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation to enable in-depth analysis.
• Support revenue assurance initiatives by analyzing and monitoring key revenue streams and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all analytical processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in analytics and reporting.
