Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various functions. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your expertise in talent acquisition, market trends, and candidate engagement will be critical in building a high-performing team and supporting the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs. Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent. Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Provide a high-touch candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Offer guidance on recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and other key performance indicators.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand. Advocate for the organization’s values and culture to attract candidates who align with the company’s mission and vision.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles and levels. Experience in a senior or advisory role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
