Senior Account Manager
DETASAD

The Senior Account Manager acts as a frontline commercial lead responsible for designing and closing high-impact, AI-enabled solutions that enhance national digital infrastructure. Operating within a flat, agile sales model, this position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is accountable for the full sales lifecycle—from identifying customer challenges to securing signed purchase orders and ensuring revenue collection.
The role requires full ownership of deal execution, whether independently or while leading a team. All activity is governed through Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strict focus on CRM accuracy and compliance. Sales governance is reinforced through tools such as Deal Surgery reviews, semantic dashboards, and margin gating processes.
Cross-functional collaboration with Bid, Presales, and Delivery teams is essential to shaping commercially sound, contract-compliant offers. The Senior Account Manager is expected to operate with urgency, professionalism, and national commitment—building customer trust, enabling local talent, and supporting DETASAD’s position as a trusted digital infrastructure partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic client accounts across enterprise and public sectors
- Drive full sales cycle—from discovery to proposal to deal closure
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for all CRM, forecasting, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solution bundles aligned with customer needs
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance pitches and proposals
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and simulated sales scenarios
- Contribute feedback to product/bundle design cycles
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery team’s post-contract
- Perform additional duties as assigned that are relevant to the scope of the role
Important Requirements and Skills:
- Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English Language (Mandatory)
- High proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Digital-first and AI-literate — can work with tools, not around them
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in enterprise or public sector sales, experience with AI, cloud, digital transformation, or infrastructure solutions
