The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop 4D simulations using 3D BIM models to visualize construction sequences and progress.
• Integrate technical and cost data into simulations for effective planning and communication.
• Analyze schedules to optimize construction workflows, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.
• Align work with client strategies, promoting their mission and vision.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand and meet project goals.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resource constraints, offering optimization solutions.
• Create visualizations and animations to support stakeholder engagement and decisions.
• Monitor and update 4D simulations to reflect real-time project milestones.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure simulations align with project timelines and objectives.
• Produce reports and presentations with insights and recommendations from simulations.
• Stay current with 4D planning tools, trends, and best practices.
• Manage client relationships and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Support planning functions, including schedule, risk, change, and document management.
• Track and report on KPIs, implementing improvements to meet performance targets.
• Share lessons learned, support team development, and promote best practices across projects.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• A relevant degree qualification.
• Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
