Security Man, (Admin Bld.) AMTPJ

1. Conduct routine patrols and surveillance of the administrative building premises.

2. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security incidents promptly.

3. Manage access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can enter secured areas.

4. Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches.

5. Execute emergency procedures and coordinate with the relevant authorities as needed.

6. Conduct safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards within the administrative building.

7. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement safety measures and ensure regulatory compliance.

8. Record and report security incidents, safety violations, and emergency responses.

9. Collaborate with management and law enforcement to resolve security-related issues as needed.

10. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

11. Provide guidance on evacuation procedures, emergency exits, and other safety protocols.

12. Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and HR, to address security and safety needs.

13. Contribute to cross-functional teams focused on emergency preparedness and response planning.

Qualification & Education:

Diploma’s degree, High School, or any equivalent.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience is security, reception, or a related field.
