The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide strategic oversight of secondary steel structure delivery, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and project standards for all secondary framing, supports, and connections.
• Review the general contractor’s connection designs, fabrication plans, erection methodologies, and sequencing strategies to ensure structural integrity and efficiency.
• Monitor the construction supervision consultant’s (CSC) quality assurance and inspection processes, including weld inspections, bolt torqueing, and alignment checks.
• Escalate unresolved technical or delivery issues to project leadership, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.
• Ensure robust documentation and traceability of all secondary steel activities, supporting compliance and transparency.
• Facilitate coordination between the general contractor, CSC, and structural consultants for technical queries and approvals.
• Oversee the integration of secondary steel elements with primary structures and adjacent packages to maintain design continuity and safety.
• Support the implementation of rigorous quality control measures throughout fabrication and installation phases.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience.
