Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in delivering innovative fintech solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient product development. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, technology team, and other stakeholders to help align deliverables with business objectives and customer needs. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will drive the successful delivery of high-impact features and services for our SME customers.

Agile Team Leadership

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for teams working on POS financing solutions and related fintech products.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a self-organizing, high-performing environment.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed backlog, ensuring team alignment with business goals.
  
  

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Use Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and team feedback to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data and insights, helping the team adapt priorities and refine sprint goals as needed.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between leadership, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency of progress and impediments.
• Facilitate open communication channels to promptly resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain high-quality standards.
  
  

Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities for process enhancements.

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field of studies.

A minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile project manager, or similar role

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus

Familiarity with fintech, POS systems, or lending processes is beneficial
