School Registrar

We are looking for a Registrar to join the administrative staff at Beech Hall School – Riyadh.

The candidate will be responsible for updating our students’ academic records, attendance, class enrolments, schedules, and other essential details to ensure the smooth operation of our school. To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess excellent computer skills and have a background in student administration, aligned with the Ministry of Education’s requirements.

Line managed by the Head of Marketing and Admissions

Core Responsibilities

• Organising and administering student records in accordance with MOE regulations.
• Overseeing the student admissions and graduation processes.
• Ensuring reports are updated with new grades, attendance, finances, and other relevant data.
• Demonstrating excellence in using software related to records administration.
• Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of student information.
• Participating in student service committees and initiatives.
• Covering the front desk and responding to parents’ queries.
• Proficiency in the Noor System.
  
  

Qualifications

Registrar Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
• Prior experience as a registrar in international schools.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong computer skills with database familiarity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
