DNA Recruit is working with an Independent Experiential Agency specializing in activations, hospitality, retail, and conferences worldwide, to find them a dynamic Senior Client Services Manager who will report to their Commercial Director. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships.
- Drive growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and present innovative experiential marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and insights to inform campaigns.
- Manage campaign planning and execution to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams for seamless delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of client services professionals.
- Foster collaboration and adherence to efficient processes.
- Deliver detailed reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Arabic-speaking is a plus.
- Availability for 3 days per week in Madinah.
- Experiential agency experience, preferably with a digital focus.
- Proven track record in retaining and growing client accounts.
- Charismatic and sales-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot.
