Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership and business development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business development strategy, driving customer-centric initiatives, and ensuring sustainable growth in the Saudi Arabian market. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Business Development, Product & Strategy, and Regional Management), foster relationships with key external stakeholders, and lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve impactful results.
You’ll specifically take care of managing customer relationships and enhancing tender win rates, but also contribute to the overall SS&I (Signalling, Systems & Infrastructure) business strategy.

- Defining and implementing a robust business development strategy aligned with regional goals
- Promoting Alstom’s products and services to win new business
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and governmental entities
- Providing market intelligence and strategic insights to influence decision-making
- Leading opportunity qualification and capture planning processes
- Ensuring successful project execution and maintaining customer satisfaction

- Degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Experience in project-based environments and working closely with governmental entities
- Knowledge of the railway or mobility industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with Saudi Procurement Law
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented approach
- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Work with new security standards for rail signalling
- Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
