1. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) using SAP:

• Utilize SAP (MM, PP,WM) to forecast, plan, and manage material requirements.
• Maintain and update material master data in SAP ERP to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and automate SAP reports to track material availability and demand fluctuations.

2. Inventory Management & Optimization:

• Monitor and control inventory levels through SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
• Implement automated inventory control techniques to prevent overstocking and stockouts.

3. Process Automation & Digital Transformation:

• Leverage Power BI to create real-time interactive dashboards for material tracking.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract and analyze data from SAP ECC & S4HANA to generate reports on material consumption, forecast accuracy, and procurement performance.
• Utilize machine learning models for predictive analytics in material planning.
• Automate weekly/monthly reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure real-time material availability by effectively using SAP-driven demand planning.
• Maintain data integrity and improve system configurations in SAP ERP.
• Implement best practices for digital transformation in material planning.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental compliance standards in material handling.
