- Configure and maintain SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, SOW).
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and IT teams to optimize workflows.
- Manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Provide support and training to internal users and external partners.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decisions.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass.
- Strong understanding of vendor management systems (VMS) and contingent workforce processes.
- Experience with integrations between Fieldglass and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
