We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This unique hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This unique hybrid role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical development responsibilities. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance our customer experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Define and own the product roadmap for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, adoption, and feedback.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Contribute to the development process with hands-on work where appropriate—such as building flows, custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Own technical documentation for product features, data models, and architecture.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and proactively suggest relevant innovations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) and stakeholder management abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and test automation within Salesforce environments.
- Understanding of business processes such as lead-to-cash, case management, or partner lifecycle.
