In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Motorola smartphone sales through telecom operator channels across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will lead commercial activities, strengthen strategic partnerships with key operators, and ensure strong market execution to achieve sales growth, market share, and profitability targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Motorola smartphone sales through telecom operator channels across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will lead commercial activities, strengthen strategic partnerships with key operators, and ensure strong market execution to achieve sales growth, market share, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Motorola smartphone sales performance through partnerships with KSA telecom operators.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, pricing, and promotional planning with operator accounts.
- Achieve all assigned commercial targets including revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.
- Manage product portfolio alignment, ensuring the right range and availability across operator retail and bundle offerings.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Track sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring healthy channel inventory and demand generation activities.
- Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with key operator partners to maximize growth opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal stakeholders to support business decisions.
This role reports to the General Manager, Mobile Business Group KSA, and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management within the smartphone, telecom, or consumer electronics industries, with a strong focus on operator (carrier) channels.
- Demonstrated success in managing large telecom operator accounts in KSA with a track record of sales growth and relationship management.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience in handling complex agreements and joint business planning.
- In-depth knowledge of the KSA telecom market and operator go-to-market models (postpaid, prepaid, bundle offers, retail, etc.).
- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent in Business English and Arabic.
- High energy, self-driven individual with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
