This role requires a strategic thinker who can motivate and coach the team while ensuring the company’s sales objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of six real estate sales agents to maximize their performance.
- Sales Management: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the team, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales agents.
- Client Acquisition: Assist the team in generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and increase market share.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tracking: Use CRM systems and sales reports to track individual and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and contracts comply with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Experience: 6+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, sales techniques, and local regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, coach, and drive a high-performance sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close high-value sales.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and digital sales tools.
- License: Real estate brokerage license (if required by local laws).
