The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving the performance of the sales team, ensuring

motivate, coach, and strategize to maximize revenue growth and team success. The ideal
candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and has excellent communication skills to lead a
high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Performance
Team Sales Target Achievement: % of quota met/exceeded.
Lead-to-Conversion Rate: % of MQLs converted into closed deals.
Average Deal Size & Revenue per Rep: Measuring revenue growth per salesperson.
Sales Cycle Length: Reducing time from lead to deal closure.
Customer Retention & Upsells: % of repeat business generated by the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong background in B2B/B2C sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding
targets.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivation skills to drive high performance.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
