As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our team. You will engage with customers, support sales initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of sales-related activities.

Key Accountabilities
Customer Engagement:
- Assist in identifying and generating sales opportunities by engaging with prospects across various communication channels.
- Attend sales visits alongside other team members to assess prospects' requirements and build relationships.
Sales Support:
- Contribute to the development of sales proposals, ensuring technical offerings align with company capabilities and industry best practices.
- Achieve individual sales targets, if assigned, and support the team in meeting collective goals.
Operational Excellence:
- Accurately record customer data in databases and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure the timely completion of invoicing, documentation, and other sales-related processes to meet customer requirements.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in Arabic and English.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field of sales activity,
- Has a maximum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (previous shipping line experience is an advantage).
- Is eager to build customer relationships, understand their needs, propose solutions, and develop skills to convert prospects into customers.
