About the Role – Sales Support
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our sales operations by providing essential administrative support. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and confident in supporting the sales team through a variety of tasks that contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will have strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including creating quotations and other sales-related documents.
- To assist customers with their RFI/RFPs and provide up-to-date information whenever necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Create technical submittals for customers.
- Work closely with the pre-sales/design team to ensure that all customer quotations are processed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
- Attending sales meetings and trade shows as necessary.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, client presentations, and industry events
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Maintain an awareness of market trends and competitor activity
- A proactive approach to work, the flexibility to work with individuals at all levels and the ability to deliver results that ultimately lead to revenue generation.
- Degree/Diploma in related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience preferably within the AV or technology sector.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Team player
