Job overview :

As a sales supervisor, your role will revolve around identifying, establishing and retaining clients in the Saudi market, and achieving sales targets by understanding the solutions we provide as well as the market and clients needs, lead and supervise sales team to achieve sales targets, in addition to what the position entails

Qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor degree in Information systems, computer science, Software engineering or relevant field and 3+ years of Experience of sales in Business Imaging solutions sector preferably in the central region

Skills and Competencies required:

  • Identify prospective customers in the region, lead generation and conversion, Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Deep knowledge in local markets and stakeholders
  • Clients oriented with a solid negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relations and offer support
  • Supervise and assist sales team as well as Lead, coach and train them to achieve their sales targets .
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
  • Stock management, and to coordinate and act as a point of contact for vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
  • Full English and Arabic professional proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 365 as well as data analysis and sales metrics
  • hold a driver license and is willing to travel
