Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager with proven experience in the chocolate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and increasing market share through strategic B2B partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies in the chocolate sector
- Identify and approach potential clients (wholesalers, distributors, hotels, cafes, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Achieve sales targets and report performance to management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the chocolate, confectionery, or food industry
Fluency in Arabic and English- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network in the F&B or retail sector is a plus
