As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our training programs and services. This role combines outside sales and tele-sales responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in corporate, government, and education sectors.
  • Conduct tele-sales campaigns and follow up with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present training solutions through both virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including tele-sales KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, including tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in the education, training, or consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Saudi nationals preferred.
