نبحث عن شخص طموح ومتحمس للنجاح في مجال المبيعات، يمتلك مهارات تواصل عالية وشغف بتقديم أفضل الحلول للعملاء. سيكون الموظف مسؤولاً عن بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم لتقديم المنتجات والخدمات المناسبة لهم.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد الفرص التسويقية الجديدة والمساهمة في زيادة قاعدة العملاء.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية والاجتماعات مع العملاء لعرض المنتجات والخدمات بطريقة احترافية.
- تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية للمبيعات وفق الخطط المحددة.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء لضمان ولائهم واستمرار التعامل معهم.
- متابعة استفسارات العملاء وتقديم الدعم المناسب لضمان رضاهم.
- الإلمام الكامل بمواصفات المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة لتمكين العميل من اتخاذ قرار الشراء المناسب.
- متابعة تطورات السوق والمنافسين واقتراح أفكار لتطوير أساليب البيع وزيادة الحصة السوقية.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع الأثاث أو التجزئة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- قدرة على تحقيق الأهداف والعمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات عرض وتقديم مقنعة.
- الالتزام بالاحترافية واللباقة في التعامل مع العملاء وزملاء العمل.
