Sales Specialist

The Role
Job Description: OptCulture is a global leading solution provider in the customer experience management space for retail. We are seeking high-achieving and self-driven individuals to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for direct sales professionals who wish to join a fast scaling software company with possibilities of high growth within any of our global markets. Responsibilities: • Drive sales for OptCulture in the Middle East, focusing on key markets of the GCC. • Achieve revenue targets and ensure market coverage • Responsible for consistently building the sales pipeline through calling and sales activities. • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and partners. • Manage channel partners and take full ownership of sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in direct selling of B2B software for a minimum of 2 years is mandatory. • Experience selling software or marketing solutions to the retail sector will be a strong advantage. • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate clearly with internal teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Well organized, self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently. • Ability to produce reports and presentations to explain plans and results. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
