Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers.
  • Build a pipeline of sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist and create client-focused sales presentations, liaising with product and marketing teams when needed to create demos.
  • Work closely with other departments and with other inter-departmental roles to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.
  • Share market feedback and client insights with the team to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment or sports industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to quantify workflow.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture and Sports sectors in KSA (+ Global a plus)
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
