Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for NOV’s Tuboscope division in Saudi Arabia, you will execute and implement strategic sales plans in line with the yearly business plan, growth targets and profit levels set by the business. You will utilize your technical knowledge and professional experience to contribute to the delivery of inspection and corrosion control solutions to improve our sales and increase support in line with Customers’ and business needs. Reporting to the Business Development Manager/Director you will oversee the complete sales process, gathering performance data to prepare future plans, and create reports for senior managers – you will be focused on established and emerging markets. You will be responsible for achieving target revenue and profitability for the business, measured against forecast, working collaboratively with other sales representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring customers expectations are met, and develop thorough relationship with Aramco Operations and any accounts in the future associated with GRE lining, promote the GRE lining product across Aramco end users, drilling engineers, Drilling rig managers and all others associated with Aramco contracts and others in the future. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and implement the sales yearly Budget plan strategy of the business in line with the overall regional Business Plan
- Create and maintain relationships with customers, drilling engineers and foremen and others associated, identify and communicate strategies across our business
- Responsible for the successful implementation of sales KPIs and metrics
- Foster a positive team ethos geared towards profitably satisfying client requirements and a sense of urgency to address customer concerns
- Ensure regional product line sales strategy alignment with current and future business strategies of established and emerging markets
- Define a comprehensive product/geographical strategy working closely with customers and partners to grow revenue and margins
- Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations
- Coordinate and communicate the sales efforts with all the other departments of the company
- Work closely with management and colleagues in refining sales skills fulfilling strategies to drive results
- Tight management of Tuboscope’s sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and sales tracking
- Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities in coordination with the BDM to help build up the business
- Participate with all the sales team reviews and meetings to check actual KPIs and align as needed to reach business targets
- Engage with the sales structure and process to ensure we have full coverage of business needs Maintain full understanding of existing competitive technology and market pressures and trends, identifying areas for product development ensuring NOV is at the forefront of the market

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or business degree or an equivalent level of employment history within field
- Preferred minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to create and track individual targets and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English language
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Corrosion control market access
- Midstream and upstream business understanding/access
