What you’ll do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing a strategic sales plan.
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to better position our offerings.


What we’re looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment or with high-value products/services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry or a specific sector related to the client’s business is a plus.
