Sales Representative - Orthopedics

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the team to support and achieve sales targets.

Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for orthopedic solutions.

Guide and support distributor teams in implementing local marketing activities and initiatives.

Conduct regular visits to regional distributors and orthopedic surgeons to introduce Mindray’s orthopedic product portfolio and deliver product training sessions.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the orthopedic field, with a strong focus on trauma and joint replacement products.

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the MEA region.
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, international work environment.
