Sales Representative

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals within assigned territory
• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses and hospital administrators
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers
• Market Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare providers to showcase the benefits of our offerings
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status and market intelligence

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in medical sales or a similar role
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory
