Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce our services.
- Understand the customers needs and recommend the most suitable subscription plan.
- Follow up with interested leads and support them throughout the sign-up process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Achieve monthly subscription targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer acquisition, or subscription-based services preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.
