Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage

As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to follow up and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check;
• Assist clients in sending loan application documents to process with banks;
• Maintain strong communication to provide updates and answer queries;
• Coordinate with the sales and mortgage team teams to ensure smooth processes;
• Handle customer concerns and escalate any issues that may arise

Qualifications

Bachelors degree.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and sales representation;
• Experience in the Telesales field is a plus

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of mortgage process and eligibility;
• Familiarity with loan application processes, eligibility calculation and document collection;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required)
