Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage

As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to follow up and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check;
- Assist clients in sending loan application documents to process with banks;
- Maintain strong communication to provide updates and answer queries;
- Coordinate with the sales and mortgage team teams to ensure smooth processes;
- Handle customer concerns and escalate any issues that may arise
Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and sales representation;
- Experience in the Telesales field is a plus
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of mortgage process and eligibility;
- Familiarity with loan application processes, eligibility calculation and document collection;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required)
