As a Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, your day will revolve around developing and executing a robust sales strategy for our compressor service and industrial gas turbine business in the Oil and Gas sector in Saudi Arabia. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, all while representing Siemens Energy at industry events to position us as the preferred solution provider.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in KSA: Drive the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for compressor service business or industrial Gas Turbine Business in Oil and Gas Sector in Saudi. Defining sales objectives and support proposal specialist team to prepare an effective Bid and sales processes to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Compressor market analysis or Industrial Gas Turbine market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends, customer roadmaps, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, and other relevant internal stakeholders. Act and empower your team as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: Track all opportunity, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate regular reports for management.
- Collaborative approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project management, engineering, Field service and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives. Collaborate on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to optimize revenue generation.
- Represent Siemens Energy at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings, leveraging your expertise to position our company as the preferred solution provider.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of direct experience in the Oil & Gas, chemical, or petrochemical industry.
- Technical knowledge of compressor portfolios and industrial gas turbines.
- Deep understanding of market landscape and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.
