Job Title

Instrumentation Manager (overseeing) – Saudi Arabia


Job Purpose

As part of the company’s commitment to advancing Saudization and strengthening its local market presence, the Instrumentation Manager will oversee instrumentation-related sales and sales operations within Saudi Arabia. The role is critical in reinforcing the company’s positioning across key strategic segments, particularly Oil & Gas and Water & Wastewater, while ensuring effective daily order management and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Market Representation

• Act as the primary local contact for instrumentation activities in Saudi Arabia, enhancing external market perception and customer engagement.
• Support the company’s Saudization strategy by providing visible and effective leadership within the local market.
  
  

Sales & Sales Operations

• Oversee instrumentation sales activities which are divided in 2 segments :
• Oil & Gas
• Water and Wastewater, including CWA
• Ensure daily monitoring and management of orders, providing close operational oversight to maintain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales management to align on targets, priorities, and performance.
  

EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Coordination

• Manage EPC-related responsibilities within Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with WEMEA EPC stakeholders through structured alignment and communication processes.
• Participate in monthly alignment meetings with WEMEA EPC counterparts and the Business Development team to ensure consistency in strategy, execution, and opportunity management.
  
  

Key Competencies

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills and Arabic speaking
• In-depth understanding of instrumentation solutions and EPC environments
• Experience in Oil & Gas
• High level of operational discipline, particularly in order management
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
