The Position
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving business growth and building sustainable customer relationships. This role requires strategic planning, tactical execution, and hands-on leadership to maximize sales performance within the assigned region, sector, or product line. Acting as a vital connection between the field sales team and the Head of Sales - Ecosystem, you will contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives, enhance team performance across the diagnostics portfolio, and actively support national business objectives.

The Position
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead and support a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving business growth and building sustainable customer relationships. This role requires strategic planning, tactical execution, and hands-on leadership to maximize sales performance within the assigned region, sector, or product line. Acting as a vital connection between the field sales team and the Head of Sales - Ecosystem, you will contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives, enhance team performance across the diagnostics portfolio, and actively support national business objectives.
The Opportunity:
- Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement commercial strategies to reach national business goals and KPIs
- Cascade sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure regional execution
- Set clear commercial priorities, allocate resources effectively, and align the team with strategic objectives
- Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring
- Oversee sales activities and operational efficiency, ensuring excellence in execution
- Analyze team performance, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Lead opportunity mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to grow market share
- Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, institutions, and strategic accounts
- Drive customer engagement through strategic, consultative selling approaches
- Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and growth opportunities to expand the business
- Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop your sales team, building their capabilities in strategic selling
- Identify skills gaps, manage recruitment, onboarding, and provide continuous coaching and feedback
- Foster a motivated, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Support collaboration across teams and functions to deliver seamless operations
- Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory practices in all sales activities
- A minimum of 7 years in Sales, preferably within the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) market
- Proven experience in team management or project leadership is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields (a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred)
- Strong understanding of the IVD market, technical products, and customer landscape
- Strategic acumen with a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
