About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales efforts, managing client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services to both local and international markets. Your expertise will help grow the hotel’s customer base and maximize sales opportunities in line with Four Seasons' luxury standards.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all hotel departments (rooms, F&B, spa, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key partners.
  • Conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and represent the hotel in industry trade shows and forums.
  • Identify new business opportunities, focusing on both local and international markets to increase occupancy and drive additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, packages, and special offers that align with sales goals.
  • Lead negotiations for corporate contracts, group bookings, and special events, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the hotel.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts, guest experiences, and service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up on guest feedback to drive repeat business.
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales associates to enhance productivity, skills, and performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales management within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local and international hospitality market.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
