Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's renewable energy products and services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
