What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in event management, media production, and advertising sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand service offerings and capabilities
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities
- Experience: 7-12 years of sales experience at international agencies or big local companies
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
- Track Record: Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in creative or media industries
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Language: Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) - MUST HAVE
- Network: Established relationships in the event management, media, or advertising sectors preferred
- Drive: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
