Job Overview:
The Customer Acquisition Manager responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and convert new customers, driving growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a data driven marketing expert with a strong understanding of customer acquisition channels, digital marketing, and sales funnel optimization. The CASD will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing and sales efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns (with our Marketing team) to attract them.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and manage lead generation initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted in a simple process and fast time.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of CA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in CA, with a focus on Operations, Logistics and/or E-Commerce.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpacked environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Operations, Logistics, E-Commerce.
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and innovative marketing practices.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce is preferred).
Work Environment:
- This position may require occasional travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- The role may involve working outside of standard business hours to meet deadlines and business needs.
