- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
