    Job Title: Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia (Contingent Worker)

    Are you passionate about advancing healthcare and making a real commercial impact?

    We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to support Ascensia Diabetes Care’s distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by leading the local team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive the growth of the business and achieve the planned sales and business objectives for the country. This is a full time contingent role.

    Location: Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    Employment: Full-time (Contingent Worker)

    What you will be doing:


    Manage the overall sales performance in Saudi Arabia by leading a team of sales representatives to develop and implement strategies and tactics, which drive growth of the business and deliver on the annual sales and profitability/cost objectives
  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans that will meet customer needs, increase market share, while optimizing in-market investments and costs
  • Direct the implementation of planned in-market activities across all key customers and market channels, monitor success and initiate changes or implement new activities as needed to deliver or exceed on performance expectations
  • Implement and maintain a robust sales management CRM system to record and assess effective of field force.
  • Identify and develop new or existing business opportunities and potential customers to increase sales year over year
  • Build and cultivate high performance culture within the sales team and local operations by leading and overseeing the performance of the local sales team, fostering excellence, and supporting talent development.

  • What you need for success:


    10+ years of experience in medical devices / pharmaceuticals sales, preferably in diabetes and blood glucose monitoring category
  • Proven sales team management and people leadership skills, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering results through strong sales activity planning and execution, key account management and retail expertise as well as working with KOLs
  • Strategic skills, financial acumen and solid business judgment capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

  • You will play a key role in driving the awareness, adoption, growth and performance of Ascensia Contour brands in Saudi Arabia working as part of the local distributor team.
