Our Client: A leading organization in the automotive industry.


Role Overview:

Reporting to the Regional Head, the Sales Manager will drive the Truck Bus Radial (TBR) business within the Kingdom. This role involves expanding the sales footprint, supporting and managing sales channels, and providing techno-commercial assistance to colleagues. Additionally, the position is responsible for gathering market intelligence and insights for new product requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted TBR sales targets in KSA and grow market share across business segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors to drive loyalty.
  • Conduct product communication sessions and collaborate with regional teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt market positioning to stay competitive.
  • Work with Tech/R&D on innovative product development tailored to market needs.
  • Identify and nurture potential fleet customers for long-term partnerships.
  • Provide technical and business training to internal teams and business partners.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze market trends, vehicle usage, and conduct studies to monitor performance in each segment.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of tyre industry experience in KSA.
  • Deep understanding of TBR category, Agri, Industrial & OTR machines, and customer usage segments.
  • Familiarity with TBR product range and key players in KSA.
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Team player with strong business acumen, decision-making ability, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer databases.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Manufacture-to-manufacture sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel.
