Key Responsibilities
- Department Management: Lead and manage the sales department, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets..
- Client Classification: Implement and oversee client classification criteria, including managing credit limits to optimize sales and client relationships.
- Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and quality of sales data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Commission & Incentives: Develop and manage commission structures and incentive schemes to motivate and reward top performance.
- Sales Reports & Objectives: Generate detailed sales reports, set objectives, and track progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Sales Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze sales campaigns to enhance market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant sales certifications are a plus.
